§ 79-32,277 — Kansas taxpayer protection act; title and effective date

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 32 INCOME TAX

The provisions of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 79-32,277 through 79-32,282, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas taxpayer protection act and shall be effective on and after January 1, 2022.
