[This section provided for the repeal of acts relating to taxation which it amended and superseded, as follows: "That an act entitled 'An act to provide for the assessment and collection of taxes,' approved February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, and all acts and parts of acts amendatory and supplemental thereto, together with section fifty-five of chapter twenty-five, Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight; and also chapters one hundred and twenty, one hundred and twenty-one, one hundred and twenty-two, one hundred and twenty-three and one hundred and twenty-four, Session Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-nine; also section two, chapter forty-three, and chapter one hundred and twenty, Session Laws of eighteen
