K.S.A. 79-2803a.

(a)As a part of an order issued pursuant to K.S.A. 79-2803a, and amendments thereto, and upon application of the county, a court may authorize the county to dispose of one or more lots or tracts by negotiated public or private sale or transfer if the court finds that such property or properties had been included as a part of a prior judgment and order of sale and had not been purchased at the sale.
(b)Any sale or transfer authorized pursuant to subsection (a), shall be conducted in accordance with this subsection. The county may negotiate the sale or transfer of the property on such terms and conditions it deems advisable and shall publish notice of the proposed sale or transfer in the official county newspaper.
