§ 79-2318 — Sale papers filed with county clerk

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 23 SALE OF REAL ESTATE FOR TAXES

The county treasurer shall file with the county clerk all affidavits, notices and papers having reference to such tax sale, to be preserved by him or her.
