Laws 1921, chapter 304, included by reference. [Exempts from taxation of any kind the portion of the waterworks plant of the municipality of Kansas City, Missouri, located in this state; also grants the right of eminent domain to the state of Missouri and this state for the purpose of acquiring property rights for waterworks plants. This is a mutual arrangement between the two states and the two cities.]
