§ 79-1972 — Certain acts of 1941 legislature saved from repeal

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 19 LIMITATIONS ON TAX LEVIES

This act [*] shall not be construed as repealing any acts relating to limitation of tax levies passed by the 1941 regular session of the legislature.
