§ 79-1971 — Effect of

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 19 LIMITATIONS ON TAX LEVIES
K.S.A. 79-1964b. The levy limitations herein fixed shall supersede and take the place of all other tax levy limitations heretofore fixed by statutes for the same purposes for which levies are herein authorized and fixed.
