§ 79-1970 — Effect of act

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 19 LIMITATIONS ON TAX LEVIES

The levy limitations herein fixed shall supersede and take the places of all other tax-levy limitations heretofore fixed by statutes for the same purposes for which levies are herein authorized and fixed.
