Text
K.S.A. 12-1774; increase by certain counties. The board of county commissioners of each of the several counties is hereby authorized to fix a rate of levy annually for current expenses of the county and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, by any city located in such county.
