§ 79-1136 — Application of act

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 11 BANKS, BANKING BUSINESSES, TRUST COMPANIES AND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS

The provisions of this act shall apply to all taxable years commencing after December 31, 1997.
