§ 79-1123 — Administration of act; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 11 BANKS, BANKING BUSINESSES, TRUST COMPANIES AND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS

The director of taxation shall administer this act. The secretary of revenue may adopt rules and regulations for the administration of this act.
