§ 79-1109a — Application of

Kansas·Ch. 79 TAXATION·Art. 11 BANKS, BANKING BUSINESSES, TRUST COMPANIES AND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS

K.S.A. 79-1107 and 79-1109. The provisions of K.S.A. 79-1107 and 79-1109 shall be applicable to all taxable years commencing after December 31, 1979.
