The Kansas Statutes Annotated shall include:

(a)All general laws and laws of a general nature which are in force and effect at the time of publication of the volume or volumes containing such laws;

(b)the declaration of independence;

(c)the constitution of the United States;

(d)the organic act for the state of Kansas;

(e)the constitution of the state of Kansas; and

(f)act of congress admitting Kansas into the Union.
