General Statutes 1868, chapter 119, sections 1 to 11, inclusive, included by reference. [The title to the act was "An act concerning the general statutes." Section 1 in part was "The following acts of the legislature shall constitute the General Statutes of Kansas, to wit: All acts revised by the commissioners appointed to revise the general laws of this state, and reported to and enacted by the legislature at the present session; all other acts of a general nature enacted at the present session, and the following-named acts, or so much or such part thereof as may be and remain in force at the time of the passage of this act."
