§ 76-766 — Same; "state education institution" defined
Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 7 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS; MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION
As used in this act, "state education institution" shall have the meaning ascribed to that term by K.S.A. 76-711 and amendments thereto.
