§ 76-7,107 — Long-term infrastructure maintenance program; transfers of moneys from state general fund to the infrastructure maintenance fund; expenditures

(a)(1) On July 1, 2008, or as soon thereafter as sufficient moneys are available, $7,000,000 shall be transferred by the director of accounts and reports from the state general fund to the infrastructure maintenance fund established by K.S.A. 76-7,104, and amendments thereto.

(2)No moneys shall be transferred by the director of accounts and reports from the state general fund to the infrastructure maintenance fund established by K.S.A. 76-7,104, and amendments thereto, during the fiscal years ending June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2026, pursuant to this section.

(b)All transfers made in accordance with the provisions of this section shall be considered to be demand transfers from the state general fund.
