Text
The board is authorized to acquire, equip and furnish any such building, including the acquisition of a site therefor, and to control, manage and regulate same, as in its judgment shall be deemed advisable and suitable for the use of students attending an institution as herein defined. Such board shall have the further power to use real property now or hereafter belonging to the board or such institutions as a site for any such building or to acquire by purchase, gift or otherwise such real or personal property as the board may deem advisable and suitable for such purpose. In the acquisition of such property, the board shall have the power to condemn any and all rights and property either private or public of every kind and character necessary in its opinion for the purposes aforesaid.
