§ 76-6a06 — Moneys to state treasurer; statements; credited to separate fund; disbursements
Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 6a STUDENT UNION AND OTHER BUILDINGS
All moneys collected by the board under the provisions of K.S.A. 76-6a04 and 76-6a05, and amendments thereto, shall be remitted to the state treasurer, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury. Every such remittance shall be accompanied by a detailed statement showing the amount of such remittance which has been collected from and for the maintenance, operation, and cost of construction and equipment, including interest thereon, of each particular building.
