§ 76-517 — Same; restriction
Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 5 FORT HAYS AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION AND FORT HAYS STATE UNIVERSITY
All such leases and the occupancy thereunder shall not interfere materially with the purposes for which said lands were granted to the state of Kansas.
