[The title to the act follows: "An act accepting the abandoned Fort Hays military reservation from the United States and accepting the provisions of an act of congress relating thereto, approved August 17th, 1914, and entitled 'An act to amend an act of congress approved March 28th, 1900, (vol. 31, Statutes at Large, page 52), entitled 'An act granting to the state of Kansas the abandoned Fort Hays military reservation, in said state, for the purpose of establishing an experiment station of the Kansas state agricultural college, and a western branch of the state normal school thereon, and for a public park.'"]
