§ 76-490 — Donation of art object collection to Deines cultural center

Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 4 KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY
(a)The president of Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science, for and on behalf of the university, is hereby authorized to donate to the Deines cultural center, Russell, Kansas, an art objects collection which was acquired by the university from the family of E. Hubert Deines. The collection of art objects referred to in this section consists of seven original black and white prints made by E. Hubert Deines and entitled as follows:
(1)February Magic;
(2)Light and Shadow Transformation;
(3)Phantom of Drought;
(4)Shrine of the Virgin;
(5)Stillness at Brush Creek;
(6)The Passing of the Leaves; and
(7)Primitive Mother.
(b)The president of the university is further authorized to donate to the Deines cultural center any original print or prints, other than those specif
