As used in this act:

(a)The term "university lands" shall mean the following described property located in Riley county, Kansas: A tract of land in the west part of the north half of the southwest quarter of section 12, township 10 south, range 7 east of the 6th principal meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Dickens avenue and Browning avenue, which is the northwest corner of said southwest quarter of section 12, thence east 945.5 feet, more or less, along the north line of said southwest quarter, thence south 1290 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Claflin road, thence west 945.5 feet, more or less, along the centerline of Claflin road to the intersection of Claflin road and Browning avenue, thence north 1290 feet, more or less, along t
