[A resolution accepting act of congress approved March 16, 1906, entitled "That the provisions of the act of congress entitled 'An act to provide for an increased annual appropriation for agricultural experiment stations and regulating the expenditure thereof,' approved March 16, 1906, is hereby accepted by the state of Kansas, and the same is hereby placed under the control of the board of regents of the Kansas state agricultural college, subject to rules and regulations expressed or implied in the act of congress above named."]
