Text

In connection with its powers and duties, the office may cooperate with:

(a)Any agency or bureau of the United States of America, including but not limited to the United States department of agriculture and its agencies such as the forest service, the soil conservation service, the agricultural stabilization and conservation service, and the federal extension service;
(b)any other agency or office of this state or division thereof;
(c)any county or municipality of this state or agency or division thereof;
(d)Kansas state agricultural experiment station and its branch experiment stations and experimental fields in conducting investigations and experiments.
