Kansas Statutes
§ 76-425a — Kansas forest service; definitions
As used in this act:
(a)"Board" means the state board of regents;
(b)"Kansas state university" means the college of agriculture of Kansas state university; and
(c)"service" means the Kansas forest service created by K.S.A. 76-425c, and amendments thereto.
