§ 76-3a25 — Dedication of certain lands by board of regents authorized; approval by attorney general; filing with secretary of state

(a)The state board of regents is hereby authorized to dedicate to the public and to the city of Wichita, Kansas, for the use of the public and the city for street, road, or highway purposes, the following described tracts of land which are located in the city of Wichita, Kansas, are owned by the state and are under the custody and control of the state board of regents: Tract No. 1: Beginning at the NE corner of the NW ¼, Section 11, Twp. 27S, RIE, thence south 50 feet, thence west to the east line of Lot 141, on Yale Avenue, Fairmount Addition, thence north 50 feet to the north line of said NW ¼, thence east along said north line to the point of beginning.
