§ 76-2056 — Historical society property; use by third parties
(a)The state historical society may permit the use of facilities and real property under the control of the society by groups for such special events as the society determines are in the public interest and will further the purposes of the society. The society shall adopt policies and guidelines for such use, consistent with the provisions of this section.
(b)The state historical society may establish a schedule of reasonable fees for the use of its facilities or real property pursuant to this section. The society shall remit all moneys received from such fees to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto.
