The following described tract of land is declared to possess unusual historical interest: All that part of the east half (1/2) of the southwest quarter (1/4) of section three (3) in township twelve (12), range twenty-five (25), in Johnson county, Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said section three (3); thence north along the west line of the east half of said quarter section 475.4 feet; thence east at right angles to the last described course 472.85 feet; then southeasterly along a line making a southwest angle of 94°13′20″ with the last described course 1,024.37 feet to a point which is 545.6 feet south of the line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said section three (3) measured at righ
