§ 76-2007d — Lease of certain lands to city of Hays for use as a public park; terms and conditions

(a)The state of Kansas is hereby authorized to lease two tracts of land to the city of Hays for use as a public park or for such other purpose as may be specified in the lease entered into in accordance with this act, which tracts are located in Ellis county, Kansas, on the Fort Hays military reservation, and which tracts are described as follows:
(1)A tract of land in sections 4 and 5, township 14 south, range 18 west of the sixth principal meridian in Ellis county, Kansas and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the west quarter corner of section 4, township 14 south, range 18 west; thence on an assumed bearing of N 1°24′55″ E along the west line of said section 4, a distance of 153.67 feet to the point of beginning, said point being the centerline of Big creek; thence
