§ 76-181 — Conveyance of certain property by board of regents to Kansas university endowment association authorized

Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The state board of regents acting for the state of Kansas is hereby authorized to convey by deed, without consideration, back to the Kansas university endowment association all of the property located in Johnson county, Kansas, and described as follows: Lots 1 and 2 in Block 3, in Mission Woods, formerly a subdivision in Johnson county, Kansas, but now incorporated into the city of Mission Woods, less highway.
