Text
The secretary for aging and disability services, with or without receiving direct monetary consideration therefor, may enter into a lease agreement with the city of Topeka, Kansas, for not to exceed 10 years in duration and with five-year renewal terms thereafter to lease for park and recreational purposes, together with such other restrictions as to use that the secretary deems necessary, a part of the property known as the "Kansas neurological institute," described as follows: A part of section 11, township 12 south, range 15, east of the 6th P.M. in Shawnee county, Kansas, described more specifically as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said section which is 1314 feet south of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 11, township 12, range 15 east; thence
