§ 76-156a — Investing agents for state educational institutions

Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Kansas university endowment association is hereby authorized to act as the investing agent for any endowment or bequest to the university of Kansas. The Kansas state university foundation is hereby authorized to act as the investing agent for any endowment or bequest to Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science or to Kansas state university Salina. The Wichita state university foundation is hereby authorized to act as the investing agent for any endowment or bequest to Wichita state university. The Fort Hays state university foundation is hereby authorized to act as the investing agent for any endowment or bequest to Fort Hays state university. The Emporia state university foundation, inc., is hereby authorized to act as the investing agent for any endowment or bequest
