Text
The object of the Parsons state hospital and training center shall be to examine, treat, educate, train and rehabilitate the persons admitted and retained so as to make such persons more comfortable, happy, and better fitted to care for and support themselves. To this end the secretary shall provide such examination, treatment, education (including academic and vocational), training and rehabilitation facilities as he or she shall deem necessary and advisable.
