Text
The secretary for children and families may disburse all funds allotted to the state by the federal government under any act of congress, and such other funds as may be made available from public and private sources for the vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in industry or otherwise. The secretary may make studies, investigations, demonstrations, and reports, and provide training and instruction, including tuition and maintenance necessary in preparing staff in matters relating to vocational rehabilitation, and establish and operate rehabilitation facilities and workshops necessary to vocationally rehabilitate and place in remunerative occupations persons eligible for the benefits of this act.
