§ 76-12b02 — Admission to institution
Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 12b STATE INSTITUTIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY
The admission of a person with intellectual disability to an institution shall be at the discretion of the secretary.
