§ 76-12a09 — Frequency of remittances
Kansas·Ch. 76 STATE INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES; HISTORICAL PROPERTY·Art. 12a SOCIAL AND REHABILITATIVE INSTITUTIONS
Nothing in this act shall be deemed to authorize remittances to be made less frequently than is authorized under K.S.A. 75-4215.
