The attorney general shall remit all moneys received from fees or charges imposed pursuant to K.S.A. 75-7e01 through 75-7e09 and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 50-6,141, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the bail enforcement agents fee fund, which is hereby created. Moneys in the bail enforcement agents fee fund shall be used solely for the purpose of administering and implementing K.S.A. 75-7e01 through 75-7e09 and K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 50-6,141, and amendments thereto, and any other law relating to the licensure and regulation of bail enforcement agents.
