(a)Each certified batterer intervention program and each holder of a temporary permit issued pursuant to the batterer intervention program certification act shall keep and maintain for a period of two years each book, document, paper, record or other information pertaining to services rendered as a certified batterer intervention program.
(b)Regardless of the form or media in which such books, documents, paper, record or other source of information is kept, each book, document, paper, record and other source of information concerning the compliance with the requirements established in the batterer intervention program certification act and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder by each certified batterer intervention program or holder of a temporary permit shall be inspected at lea
