§ 75-7b23 — Private detective fee fund; receipts and expenditures

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 7b PRIVATE INVESTIGATIVE OR SECURITY OPERATIONS
The attorney general shall remit all moneys received from fees or charges imposed pursuant to this act to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the private detective fee fund, which is hereby created. Moneys in the private detective fee fund shall be used solely for the purpose of administering and implementing K.S.A. 75-7b01 through 75-7b21, and amendments thereto, and any other law relating to the licensure and regulation of private detectives and private detective agencies.
