Text

(a)An executive branch agency head, with input from the CISO, shall require an employee to be fingerprinted and to submit to a state and national criminal history record check in accordance with K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 22-4714, and amendments thereto, at least every five years.
(b)As used in this section, "employee" means a person who has submitted an application for employment or is currently employed by or contracting with an executive branch agency whose duties include collection, maintenance or access to personal information.
