§ 75-6502 — Kansas state employees health care commission; composition; chairperson; meetings; quorum; compensation, travel allowances and expenses

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 65 STATE EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAMS
(a)There is hereby established the Kansas state employees health care commission which is composed of seven members as follows:
(1)The commissioner of insurance;
(2)the secretary of administration;
(3)a current state employee who is currently enrolled in the state healthcare benefits program group health insurance medical plan, appointed by the governor;
(4)a person who retired from a position in state service and who is currently enrolled in the state healthcare benefits program group health insurance medical plan, appointed by the governor;
(5)a representative of the general public, appointed by the governor;
(6)a member of the senate ways and means committee, appointed by the president of the senate; and (7) a member of the house of representatives appropriations committee, appoi
