(a)T he commission shall remit all moneys received from fees, charges or penalties under K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 75-5393a through 75-5393c, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount into the state treasury to the credit of the Kansas commission for the deaf and hard of hearing registration fee fund.
(b)There is hereby created in the state treasury the commission for deaf and hard of hearing registration fee fund. All moneys credited to the fund shall be used to carry out the powers, duties and functions of the commission. The fund shall be administered by the Kansas commission for the deaf and hard of hearing. All expenditur
