Text
All goods, wares and merchandise manufactured, produced or mined, wholly or in part, by inmates, convicts or prisoners, except inmates, convicts or prisoners on parole or probation or assigned to a community correctional services program, or in any correctional, penal or reformatory institutions transported into the state of Kansas, and remaining therein for use, consumption, sale or storage, shall upon arrival and delivery in the state of Kansas be subject to the operation and effect of the laws of the state of Kansas to the same extent and in the same manner as though such goods, wares and merchandise had been manufactured, produced or mined in the correctional institutions of the state of Kansas and shall not be exempt therefrom by reasons of being introduced in the original package or
