§ 75-4922 — Certifications required of grant applicants, use of grants

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 49 PUBLIC BROADCASTING
Each eligible station and its station licensee shall certify to the secretary of administration when applying for a grant under this act that any funds received pursuant to this act shall not supplant or cause to be reduced any other sources of funding for the station, except in case of a reduction in funds which are subject to appropriation by the legislature are reduced by the legislature, and that the licensee is in compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4921 and amendments thereto regarding reduction of funding from institutional sources. Applicants shall also certify that funds received pursuant to this act will be used solely for the operation of a public broadcasting station and not for general institutional overhead, parent organization expenses or for any other purpose not di
