§ 75-4704a — Transfers to and expenditures from information technology reserve fund; determination of amounts transferred, basis; effect on expenditure limitations

(a)Transfers to the information technology reserve fund shall be made from the information technology fund on a monthly basis and the amounts thereof shall be determined by the executive chief information technology officer as charges for depreciation and obsolescence of the office of information technology services equipment and programs according to generally accepted accounting principles prescribed by the director of accounts and reports. All recoveries from the sale of surplus, obsolete or unused equipment or of other expenditures from the information technology fund shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state
