§ 75-4297 — Citation of program

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 42 STATE MONEYS

(a)K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 75-4297 through 75-42,102, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the city utility low-interest loan program.

(b)The city utility low-interest loan program shall be a part of and supplemental to article 42 of chapter 75 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
