Text
Except as otherwise provided in this act, the secretary of administration shall have the legal custody of all records, memoranda, writings, entries, prints, representations or combinations thereof, of any act, transaction, occurrence or event of the department of administration.
The secretary of administration shall keep a seal which shall be surrounded by the words "secretary of administration of the department of administration of Kansas," which shall be of such diameter and with such device as the governor and the secretary of administration may prescribe, an impression of which shall be filed in the office of secretary of state. Copies of any such department of administration record, memorandum, writing, entry, print, representation, or combination thereof, or of any production thereof
