§ 75-3702n — Transfer of funds of Kansas, Inc

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 37 DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION

(a)The balances of all funds or accounts thereof appropriated or reappropriated for Kansas, Inc., relating to the powers, duties, and functions abolished by K.S.A. 74-8001a and 75-3702k through 75-3702p, and amendments thereto, are hereby transferred within the state treasury to the department of commerce and shall be used only for the purpose for which the appropriation was originally made.

(b)Liability for all accrued compensation or salaries of officers and employees who are employees of Kansas, Inc., during the period commencing on the first day of the first payroll period chargeable to fiscal year 2012 and ending in* on June 30, 2011, shall be assumed and paid by the department of commerce. * The "in" should be deleted.
