§ 75-3505 — Public officer defined

Kansas·Ch. 75 STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Art. 35 PUBLIC RECORDS

As used in this act, the term "public officer" means any officer, board, commission or agency of the state.
