The secretary of social and rehabilitation services is authorized to sell and convey or lease on behalf of the state of Kansas the following described real estate otherwise known as the Kansas City workshop for the blind: A tract of land situated in the southwest quarter (SW 1 / 4) of the southeast quarter (SE 1 / 4) of section 28, township 10 south, range 25 east of the sixth principal meridian, in Wyandotte county, Kansas, commonly known as 925 Sunshine Road, Kansas City, Kansas, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of Sunshine Road (formerly White Eagle Road) as originally established 66 feet, that is 483 feet distant east, measured at right angles, from the north and south center line of said section 28; thence east along the south line of
